PRICES AND INVOICING
Invoices for next term’s fees will be sent out towards the end of the holidays. There is no need to re-register your children – if they are coming now, we assume they are coming back unless we hear to the contrary.
Please check your junk folder or get in touch at the start of term if you feel that you have not received an invoice for the term. Please note our email address info@harpendendance.com and ensure that it is on your contacts list. Invoices will come from harpendendance@thinksmartmail.com
FULL FEE – (for first class in each family)
30 min class £88.50 per term
40 min class £107 per term
55 min class £122.40 per term
70 min class £130.40 per term
85 min class £162 per term
Adult Jazz £104.40 per term
EXAM COACHING FEES
30 mins exam coaching – £9.10 per week
40 mins exam coaching – £11.40 per week
55 mins exam coaching – £13.70 per week
70 mins exam coaching – £16 per week
85 mins exam coaching – £17.20 per week
100 mins exam coaching – £19.40 per week
REDUCED FEE – for extra classes and/or sibling
The multiple class discount is a flat 15% for additional classes if invoices are paid by the due date. The highest price class is the full price class.
Discounts cannot be applied to exam coaching invoices or invoices that are paid after the due date and will not appear on any reminder invoices.
LATE PAYMENT FEES
£10 late payment fee will be added to all invoice reminder letters. This covers administrative costs. In cases of genuine economic difficulties please contact Miss O’Donovan in confidence to arrange manageable payments.
PLEASE GIVE US
half a term’s written notice (hard copy or e-mail) if you are planning to leave a class. In the absence of this notice half a term’s fees will be charged.
